Once a year, the Journal of International Commercial Law invites leading scholars and practitioners to participate in a lively debate regarding an emerging challenge in international commercial law.
The symposium brings together the sharpest minds from every side of a particular issue in order to foster discussion and analysis, and advance the law underlying international commerce. The Symposium topic is selected by the Editorial Board, and the event is generously sponsored by law firms in the Washington, D.C. community. The Journal also periodically hosts individual speakers to lecture on emerging issues in international commercial law.
To suggest a symposium topic, volunteer as a speaker or sponsor, or if you have a symposium related question, please email the current Symposium Editor at firstname.lastname@example.org.
