Please join The George Mason University School of Law Journal of International Commercial Law for our Fall Symposium. The symposium aims to survey current circumvention and enforcement efforts of different U.S. commercial laws and regulations. Topics that will be discussed include: Anti-dumping laws, U.S. trade tariffs, and Corporate Inversions and subsequent U.S. Tax regulations. Lunch will be provided.
